Spanish Immersion Every Day

Spanish is spoken in every classroom — through songs, stories, play, and daily routine — so children grow up bilingual without ever sitting through a language class.

We provide breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack — fresh daily, made by our chef, with a variety of fruits and vegetables. No packing lunches.

Safe, Nurturing Environment

Children settle and grow when they feel safe. Calm rooms, caring routines, and dependable supervision come first every day.

Questions parents ask

A few common questions — we're always happy to answer more when you reach out.

Is Malave really a Spanish-immersion program?

Yes. Spanish is spoken in every classroom, every day — through daily routines, songs, stories, and play. Children naturally pick up the language as part of how the day works, not through a separate "Spanish time."

What's your approach to learning?

We blend Montessori-style learning, play-based exploration, and structured play. Children build independence, creativity, and early academic skills through hands-on activities and guided discovery — at a pace that fits their age.

Do you provide meals and snacks?

Yes — all meals and snacks are included. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 8:30 AM, lunch follows by classroom age, and an afternoon snack is served from 2:45 to 3:00 PM. Everything is made fresh daily by our chef and includes a variety of fruits and vegetables. Parents only need to provide formula or baby food for infants.

What ages do you serve?

Malave Child Care Center serves infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children. On a tour we can walk through which classroom is the best fit for your child right now.

What are your hours?

We're open Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM, to match the schedules of working Lancaster families. There is a 9-hour daily limit per child, and the latest morning arrival is 9:30 AM.

How do I schedule a tour?

The fastest way is to call us at (717) 295-1002. You can also send a tour request through our Schedule a Tour page and we'll follow up to find a time that works.

How do I ask about availability?

Call us at (717) 295-1002 or send a tour request. Availability shifts throughout the year, so we'll confirm what's open in your child's age group when you reach out.
